COMPLAINT CONDITIONS

 

WARRANTY TERMS AND WARRANTY TIME
The goods are provided with a 24-month warranty and commence on the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. The defect of the goods and the claims arising from the defect of the goods must be claimed by the end of the warranty period. Upon expiration of the warranty period, the right to claim the claim expires. The invoice that is delivered to the buyer at the same time serves as a warranty card.
 
CHECKING GOODS AT HOLDING
The buyer checks the shipment before picking up and receiving the shipment from the courier on the spot. In the event of extensive damage (torn packaging, deformation and other extensive damage), we recommend not to ship the shipment and report the error with the shipper.
 
RETURN POLICY
In the event of a defect in the product during the warranty period, the Buyer has the right to remove the defect. If the defect of the goods is irremovable, the Seller shall replace the defective product with the new product, or, after agreement, with a product of a different type, with payment or refund of the price difference.
 
The following cannot be considered a defect:
changing the characteristics of the goods that arose during the warranty period due to its natural wear - scratching, abrasion, changing the form of the skin, ripping the lining in places where the stitch is missing, loss of product elements fastened to the threads, fine darkening of the skin by natural wear, darkening of suede and nubuck due to moisture, improper use, inadequate or inappropriate treatment, due to natural changes in the materials from which the goods are made, fine folds and inhomogeneity of the texture and fine lines, not altering the exterior appearance of the product due to any damage by the buyer or third party or other misconduct .

The claim does not apply to:
decorative elements, mechanical damage, obstruction, rubbing, tear-offs of the locks on the handbag, locks on the handbag, rupture of the skin, buckles on purses and handbags, zippers, wet footprints, defects evident and visible on the day of purchase.
 

In case of complaint, the buyer will send the claimed goods to the postal address of the company:

The package must be properly packaged and contain:

  • claimed goods including accessories
  • proof of purchase - invoice
  • filled in COMPLAINTS/EXCHANGE FORM (download Complaint/Exchange Form)

Send the goods either as a registered letter or an insured package. We do NOT accept goods sent by cash on delivery!
The delivered goods must be clean and mechanically undamaged.

The cost of transporting the claimed goods from the Buyer to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. Postage and other charges are not refundable. Return shipping after having justified the claim is paid by the Seller. The buyer is entitled to a refund of the same error at 3 times.

In the event of an unjustified claim, the goods will be returned to the Buyer with the appropriate opinion.

The Seller shall settle the complaint without undue delay, however, within 30 days from the date of the Buyer's claim. By providing a justified claim, the warranty period is extended by the duration of the claim. If the claim has been replaced by a new one in the statutory warranty period, then the warranty period will begin to run again from the date the claim was settled. In the case of a justified claim to the buyer, the right to a refund of the same error occurs up to 3 times.
The seller notifies the buyer of the equipment of the complaint either by phone, SMS, or by e-mail and sends the goods to the Buyer's address at his own expense.
